A very important part of our digital signage solution consists of consulting in the fields of instore customer flow pattern and screen placement. Experience has taught us what works in real situations, and we are happy to share this knowledge with our customers. Our consultancy is based on several years of experience in supplying small or large scale solutions to a broad spectrum of customers and sectors.

A perfect installation starts with a good preparation: a technical prospection on site.

All signage screens in the Digitopia network are managed remotely through a content management system allowing for quick updates of content. Digitopia developed a user friendly, robust, flexible and scalable content management system: DGT DYNAMICS. Its features are based on real customer needs and it has already proven its value in over 3000 implementations in which it is being used today.

A team of graphical designers, specialized in digital signage, takes care of content creation together with the customer or with his communication agency. Content can off course be created in house by the customer himself.

All screens in a hosted model (SAAS or cloud) are monitored by Digitopia’s support team. As soon as a problem is detected, a ticket is opened, dispatched and solved by the support team.
