Proximus is the largest telecommunication company in Belgium, headquartered in Brussels.
Proximus offerings include fixed line and mobile communication under the Proximus brand and ICT services to the professional market under the Telindus brand.
Different vendors were managing the signage and touch applications for the Proximus shops, each using different software and hardware.
Because it was important that the investment Proximus had already made for the hardware would not be lost, a tender was written to integrate, manage and maintain the hardware and create specific content for screens and touch applications.
The management tool had to be simple and easy-to-use, providing a structured overview of the locations, playlists and assets and capable of monitoring all screens at all times. Service for content, repair & maintenance are provided in the field as well as remotely.
